At Quro International Holidays, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity on the terms associated with canceling bookings and the process for obtaining refunds. Please read the policy carefully.
1. General Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation Requests
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to us via email at info@quroholidays.com or through our official communication channels.
- The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered the cancellation date.
b. Cancellation Charges
- Cancellation charges vary depending on the type of service booked (e.g., holiday packages, air tickets, hotel bookings) and the time of cancellation. Specific cancellation fees applicable to your booking will be communicated at the time of booking and in the confirmation email.
c. Non-Refundable Services
- Certain services, such as promotional offers, discounted bookings, or special packages, may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
2. Holiday Packages
a. International and Domestic Packages
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the package cost or a minimum of ₹2,000 per person, whichever is higher.
- Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the package cost.
- Cancellation within 14 days before departure: 100% of the package cost (no refund).
b. Refund Process
- Refunds for holiday packages will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the cancellation request, after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
3. Hotel Bookings
a. Hotel Cancellation Policies
- Hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective hotel. Cancellation fees may vary depending on the hotel's terms, the rate booked, and the time of cancellation.
- Non-refundable rates and special deals may not be eligible for any refund.
b. Refund Process
- Refunds for hotel cancellations will be processed within 14 business days after deducting applicable charges as per the hotel's policy.
4. Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided in the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions. In such cases, we will make every effort to secure refunds from service providers, but this cannot be guaranteed.
5. Refund Process
a. Method of Refund
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. For payments made by credit/debit card, the refund will be processed to the same card.
b. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will typically be processed within the timelines specified above, but the actual time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
c. Administrative Fees
- All refunds are subject to a processing fee or administrative charge, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
